The team traveled to Michigan Center to end the night with a loss. Grass Lake won the first set (25-23) and then lost the next three sets (19-25,18-25,23-25). The team struggled to fall behind early in each set and would battled back to close the gap in the score but not enough to win a set. Kendall Shankland led the team at the service line going 18-for-19 with 15 points. Shankland also had 17 digs. Abby Buttigieg was also perfect at the line serving 16-for-16 with 11 points. Buttigieg had 15 digs for the night. Amber Boomer also had 15 digs and 11 kills. Ruby Johnson added 11 kills as well. Anna Konopka led the team defensively with 21 digs. Amelia Hamlin was able to get 24 assists. The team travels to Pittsford Thursday night for a tri against Pittsford and North Adams hoping to have revenge against both teams after taking a loss from them last week.
