PREP VOLLEYBALL

Grass Lake Varsity Volleyball had a tough day of volleyball at the Spring Arbor University Tournament. Their pool consisted of some strong all around teams including Northwest, Napoleon, and Hanover-Horton. Grass Lake went 3-3 for the day beating Napoleon in two sets (25-21,25-17), splitting with Hanover-Horton (25-14,18-25), and then falling to Northwest (9-25,10-25). Anna Lockridge led the team both defensively and offensively with 32 digs and 18 kills. Kendall Shankland was a key server for the day going 24-for-25 with 19 service points. Shankland had 16 digs while Anna Konopka grabbed 14. Jasmine Carr had 4 blocks overall and Andrea Kleine had 24 assists. The Warriors travel to East Jackson Tuesday night for a conference match.
